DOCUMENT 01

Website & Service Terms

By accessing or continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

01

Service Scope and Governing Relationship

Wanel uses this website to describe Payins, stablecoin exchange, Global Payout, Stablecoin Wallet, Stablecoin & RWA, AI Agent Trader and related capabilities. Website content is general information only. It does not mean every product is available in every market and does not constitute an offer, invitation, solicitation, investment advice or financial promotion in any jurisdiction.

Specific services are provided by the appropriate Group entity within its permissions, partner network and service scope. Product functions, fees, settlement and responsibilities are governed by executed agreements and product documents.

02

Eligibility and Business Verification

You must have legal capacity to contract and sufficient authority when acting for a business. Depending on product, market and risk, Wanel may request incorporation records, ownership structure, ultimate beneficial owners, business model, source of funds, transaction purpose and other information required for KYC, KYB, AML or sanctions screening.

Information must be true, accurate, complete and kept current. Wanel may reject onboarding, restrict functions, delay transactions or terminate services if information is missing, inaccurate or cannot be verified.

03

Platforms, Interfaces and Intellectual Property

Rights in the website, consoles, APIs, SDKs, documentation, branding, interface design and related software belong to Wanel or its licensors. These terms grant only the limited rights required to use an approved service and transfer no intellectual property.

Without written approval, you may not copy, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions or use the platform to build a materially competing product. Interfaces, software and technical requirements may be updated for security, compliance or continuity.

04

Transactions, Funds and Settlement

Wanel and its partners may process transaction instructions, receipt of funds, exchange, payout and settlement under applicable agreements. Balances, estimated settlement and status shown in a console support operations and reconciliation; final rights and obligations depend on final ledger entries, on-chain confirmations and bank or payment-partner records.

Compliance reviews, bank processing, blockchain congestion, liquidity, third-party networks or events beyond reasonable control may delay transactions. Fees, rates, minimums, settlement cycles, refunds and dispute rules are specified in the relevant product agreement or confirmation.

05

Your Responsibilities

You must follow applicable law, regulation, payment-network rules and the parties' agreements. You are responsible for your systems, account permissions, API credentials, customer authorization, transaction instructions, taxes and business content. Notify Wanel immediately of compromised credentials, unauthorized access, suspicious transactions or security incidents.

  • Use services only for genuine, lawful and fully disclosed commercial activity
  • Obtain required customer authorization for payments, personal data and recurring charges
  • Handle complaints, refunds, proof of delivery and dispute documents appropriately
  • Cooperate with ongoing due diligence, monitoring, audits and regulatory requests
06

Prohibited Activity

You may not use the website or services for illegal, fraudulent or misleading activity; sanctions evasion; money laundering; terrorist financing; infringement of third-party rights; or conduct that threatens platform security. You may not process funds for unapproved third parties, submit fabricated transactions or interfere with other users.

High-risk and restricted industries are reviewed according to jurisdiction, product rules, partner requirements and risk assessment. Wanel may refuse or discontinue business outside its risk appetite.

07

Third-Party Services and External Links

Some functions depend on banks, card networks, payment providers, blockchains, liquidity providers, identity services, cloud providers or other third parties, whose own terms and privacy policies may apply. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply Wanel endorsement or warranty.

08

Risk Notice and Liability Boundaries

Digital assets, foreign exchange, cross-border payments and AI-assisted trading involve market, liquidity, technical, network, compliance and operational risk. AI Agent Trader outputs support analysis only and are not investment advice, a return guarantee or assurance of trading outcomes. You must assess risk independently and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Wanel does not guarantee continuous, error-free access or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on general website information, third-party outages or events beyond reasonable control.

09

Suspension, Termination and Updates

Wanel may suspend transactions, restrict access or terminate services in response to legal or regulatory requirements, compliance concerns, security incidents, breach, partner restrictions or other reasonable risk events, and will handle pending transactions and unsettled funds under applicable agreements.

This page may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website, email or another reasonable method where required by law.

10

Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law, courts or dispute process for a specific service relationship are set out in the agreement with the actual service provider. Parties should first seek resolution through good-faith communication, subject to mandatory law.

DOCUMENT 02

We process personal information only as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, protect platform security and operate our business reasonably, using technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk.

Information Sharing

Where necessary, information may be shared with Group affiliates, banks and payment partners, identity and risk providers, cloud and data-storage providers, professional advisers, and merchants or recipients involved in a transaction. Disclosure may also occur where required by law, regulatory investigation, court order, protection of rights and safety, or a merger, restructuring, financing or asset transfer.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing. Service providers may process information only under contract and our instructions, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

04

International Transfers

Wanel operates globally, so information may be transferred outside your country or region. We use reasonable safeguards under applicable law, such as data-processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, access restrictions or other recognized mechanisms.

05

Security and Retention

Measures include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, log monitoring, vulnerability management, segregation of duties, staff training and vendor review. No internet transmission or storage method is absolutely secure.

Information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes, business relationships, AML and regulatory recordkeeping, dispute resolution or legal rights. It is then securely deleted or anonymized unless law requires otherwise.

06

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information; object to certain processing; request portability; withdraw consent; or complain to a supervisory authority.

Rights may be limited by identity verification, AML retention duties, transaction-record requirements, legal claims or other statutory exceptions. Valid requests will be answered within applicable time limits.

07

Cookies and Similar Technology

The website may use essential, functional, performance, analytics or marketing cookies and similar technology to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage and measure content. Browser settings can manage or delete cookies; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

08

Children

Wanel's business services are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information without authorization.

09

This policy may change with business, technology or legal requirements. To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, submit a request through the Contact page and identify it as “Legal & Privacy.”
